	Policies   We want you to love your purchase and your shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase,you can return it. We promise to make an exchange,or issue a refund or credit on any purchase within 30 days. See our return/exchange policy on this page for more details. We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within our state. Sales Tax rates are subject to change. We ship priority mail through the U.S. Postal Service. The amounts indicated for shipping, reflect estimates for home delivery within the continental U.S. and delivery confirmation. Insurance can be added at your request for an additional charge. Your online order statement will include a calculation of shipping charges. You can expect delivery in 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of the USA or Canada. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view. When you receive an order, look it over. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us by email or phone for a Return Authorization Number. Then ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt. Include the authorization # on the outside of the package. The item must be shipped insured, signature required to the address provided at the time of authorization. Shipment without an authorization # will be refused.
